We divide around 4,500 funds into sectors. Funds in the IA sectors can be domiciled in the UK or overseas (EEA). Most of these funds are available to individual investors through fund platforms, advisers or directly from investment firms. The list of funds includes some aimed at large investors, such as pension and insurance funds. From April 2021, it also includes ETFs.
Currently, there are almost 300 funds in the Unclassified sector. These include private funds and funds which fund managers consider inappropriate to compare with other funds. Funds highlighted in blue on the current list of funds indicate that the fund is domiciled offshore (EEA).
